We had a wonderful experience at Shells! The food was great, but what really made our visit stand out was our waitress, Tiffany. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We asked for several changes to our order, and she handled every request without hesitation and made sure everything came out exactly the way we wanted. She even went above and beyond by bringing us a few extra items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Tiffany made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of throughout the entire meal. Excellent service like hers can make all the difference in a dining experience. We’ll definitely be back to Shells, and we hope to have Tiffany as our waitress again!

Our server Lizzie was prompt, friendly and efficient. Having not been to Shell‘s in over two decades, I got the fried shrimp basket and hush puppy appetizer and they both hit the spot for the way I remembered them. The fried shrimp were tasty, the coleslaw recipe remains the same and is still delicious. The unsweet iced tea was fresh. Clean restaurant and other employees were friendly too! Light music playing, it wasn’t hot or cold, the ceiling fans were on.

Casual seafood restaurant, somewhat dated interior. Looks like it used to be a diner. We started with two cups of seafood gumbo and it was very good, with a lot of tender seafood in a tomato broth. We followed the soup by sharing a 10 oz grilled Haddock, veggies consisting of brightly colored zucchini, squash, baby carrots, broccoli, and onions, and two new potatoes that were cooked to a very soft/tender fork cut. All the food was excellent. Staff was very pleasant and answered all our questions.

Their spectacular Shrimp Pasta deserves applause so loud and grand, Rich, creamy, flavorful perfection that’s among the best in the land. From fresh fish to oysters and platters piled up high, Their seafood variety keeps every customer satisfied. Each dish comes out delicious, seasoned just right with care, And the friendly staff and cozy vibe make the experience even more rare. Whether lunch with family or dinner after a long day’s grind, Shells of Melbourne is the kind of place you’re always glad to find. Amazing flavors, generous portions, and service that shines bright, It’s easy to see why locals keep returning night after night. PS: Service sort of slow. That's the only thing we suggest bettering. Our dirty plates were there 30 minutes and no one came to take them away despite seeing them multiple times.

To celebrate a local listing my other half took me here. My amazing clients recommended we visit while we were in town and we are so happy we did. We loved the atmosphere, the service, the menu options, and they have a handful of options for their fresh catch of the day. Our server gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend * their CLAM CHOWDER IS HANDS DOWN 10/10!!!
